This qualification is designed to reflect the role of individuals who are engaged in a management position within an organisation. The program is practical, contemporary and focuses on both personal and professional development; it will enhance current skills and provide a broad understanding of the principles required for effective business management. Duel qualification option The Diploma of Management consists of eight unit of study and the Diploma of Human Resource Management consists of eight units of study However, by combining the two diplomas together you can do 11 units of study to receive a Diploma of Management and a Diploma of Human Resource Management. This duel qualification is suitable for a wide variety of management and human resources roles. You can start these courses at any time of the year as they are one day per unit per month of study.
