Bendigo TAFE
When do I have to pay my fees?

All Fees and Charges for training programs and Fee For Service courses must be paid for at the time of enrolment except for materials which can be a staggered purchase throughout the academic year. GST will be charged where applicable and will be detailed on your official receipt.

If a student is sponsored by their employer or any other organisation an invoice can be raised. However, a letter from the employer/organisation needs to be provided at enrolment for an invoice to be raised. Note that if any employer/organisation is paying for a student's fees the concession fee still applies.  Invoices are not raised to individual students.

Students have a variety of options for payment of their fees and charges, including cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS and part payment plan.

For further details on what you need to bring when you enrol, refer to Applications and Enrolment.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all fees or debts are paid. Students with outstanding debts to Bendigo TAFE will not be permitted to re-enrol, receive a statement of results, certificates or graduate.
