For standard student enrolment

The Student Services Fee is a minimum of $60 and a maximum $200 for 125 student contact hours or more. Any student studying less than 125 hours in the full year will not be charged an amenity fee.
NB: There are no pro rata rates for rolling enrolments.

For work based trainee, apprentice, Concession card holders, ATSI (Indigenous), off campus or flexible delivery student enrolment

Off campus/flexi: must be 100% off campus or flexible delivery, does not apply to blended delivery where student attends
NB: Regardless of funding category this rate applies to work based apprentices and trainees and 100% flexi or off campus students.

Eligible and non eligible/Fee For Service full fee paying student (125 SC hours or more)

$0.40 per student contact hour. $60 minimum total to $200 max total.

International student support/amenities fee

International students have a fixed fee of $100.

Exemptions

The following fee categories are exempt from the Student Services Fee:

  • ASH: Asylum Seeker Or Victim Of Human Trafficking Concession
  • ASZ: Asylum Seeker Or Victim Of Human Trafficking Non-concession
  • X: Community-based Orders/Judy Lazarus Transition Centre
  • OZ: International Student
  • M: Prisoner
  • YTC: Young People Transitioning From Care – Concession
  • YTN: Young People Transitioning From Care - No Concession
  • Short courses
  • Approved Learning Support Programs.

General information

These fees apply to all domestic students studying at Bendigo TAFE in 2016. All eligible, concession and ineligible students are required to pay this fee based on the table above.
The charge is amount per student that applies to 2016 enrolments.  The charge applies equally to concession and non-concession students. 

The charge applies equally to government-funded (VTG eligible) and full fee paying (non-VTG eligible students).
Traditionally Commercial-in-Confidence contractual arrangements (e.g. employer/industry contracted arrangements) are handled separately and will be individualised.
