Student responsibilities

Every student has the right to participate in our programs, free of inappropriate behaviour that may impair the learning process or the emotional, physical and mental wellbeing of individual students, staff and visitors to Bendigo TAFE.

As a student, you have an obligation to help create an atmosphere of understanding, respect and professionalism where all learners enjoy a supportive adult learning environment. The Student Code of Conduct outlines your rights and responsibilities.

At times you may be contacted to participate in surveys to help improve our services or to provide information to government agencies.  For example, there is a requirement for Bendigo TAFE to participate in the National Student Outcomes Survey, managed by the National Centre for Vocational Education and Research (NCVER). As a student of Bendigo TAFE you may be contacted directly by NCVER for a survey, sometime during/after the period of enrolment.

Bendigo TAFE also has a number of policies and procedures that relate to students and document student obligations whilst undertaking studies or training with us.
