Complaints and feedback
At Bendigo TAFE we value your feedback as it helps us know what we are doing well, what we need to improve or to address a specific concern. We’ll try to remedy any problems promptly and deal with each matter fairly. There are two ways to provide feedback or make a complaint:

  • Informally – discuss with an appropriate staff member such as your teacher. The informal option enables the people or the area most directly concerned to address the matter as quickly as possible.
  • Formally – complete a formal customer feedback form and either post or drop it off in a the feedback boxes at any of our campuses. You can also complete a feedback form online via the contact us function.

Regardless of how you submit a formal feedback form, the form will be forwarded to our quality team for recording and follow up including forwarding to the appropriate area for action. Anonymous feedback about products and services will be actioned to the extent it can. Action based upon anonymous feedback about staff members and students is constrained by the principles of natural justice.
