​Policy Statement

To ensure that examinations conducted within Bendigo TAFE are in accordance with program requirements and government regulations, and provide suitable regulations in the conduct of examinations held at Bendigo TAFE.

Where examinations are being held at Bendigo TAFE on behalf of a body external to Bendigo TAFE, the external body’s regulations will apply (for example, Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority.)

This policy applies to the conduct of all examinations held at Bendigo TAFE and is to be implemented using GSA005 – Conduct of Examinations that will detail regulations, entrance requirements and procedures, storage of exams and special provisions.

Definitions

VCAA:               Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority
External body:  An authorised/recognised body or person outside Bendigo TAFE that requests Bendigo TAFE conduct
                       examinations on their behalf.

Roles/Responsibility  

Executive Director – Education and Training.
