Vision purpose and values

As one of Victoria's most prominent vocational education institutes, Bendigo Kangan Institute is proud to share with you BKI2020 - our strategic intent for the period 2016 to 2020.

Our strategic intent encapsulates who we are, where we are going and how we will get there. It does this by providing the purpose, vision, strategy and values and behaviours that will guide our journey over the next five years.

This strategic intent also highlights our deep commitment to creating a bright future for our student and industry customers, our people and the communities we serve.

Sustainability

As we educate and train so many of the future workforce, Bendigo TAFE believes education and training organisations have a unique opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future. But to do this effectively, we have to re-educate and re-train ourselves so that we lead by example.
