Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we have adapted our course delivery to now encompass a combination of remote and flexible delivery methods. This includes easy to navigate online tutorials, video conferencing (classroom simulation) as well as face-to-face practical assessments and work placements - where safe and practical to implement. Therefore, you will require access to the internet and a computer to undertake this course. Our flexible model allows you to continue to study in a safe, guided and fully supported manner with continued access to all learning, personal and wellbeing supports. You will be advised by your facilitator on a case by case basis in relation to practical and work placement assessments, as some flexibility will be required during this challenging time.

All students required to attend on-site learning must be fully vaccinated in line with Bendigo TAFE’s Vaccination Policy

This course is for appropriate specialist plumbing services tradespeople seeking to increase their technical competency. Gain the appropriate skills to plan and size the layout of plumbing in buildings up to six stories high. This course also addresses the Victorian license requirements for water, drainage, sanitary, roofing and gas fitting.

JobTrainer

If you're aged 17-24 or looking for work, you may be eligible for 80% discount on the course tuition fee through JobTrainer. It's important to know you may incur fees that you will need to cover yourself, such as student service fees or materials fees. Skills First (eligible) students are normally entitled to one Free TAFE fee waiver, however under JobTrainer you may be eligible for a second Free TAFE course. This course is for appropriate specialist plumbing services tradespeople seeking to increase their technical competency. This course also addresses the Victorian license requirements for water, drainage, sanitary, roofing and gas fitting. Offered part time during the day over two years plus additional work to be completed off campus, or part time one night per week over three years plus additional work to be completed off campus or full time during the day over one year.
