The nationally accredited Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918) is designed to help you to develop the leadership, communication and organisational skills required to manage an effective team.
Dual Diploma option is available by enrolling into two additional units of Diploma of Human Resources Management (BSB50618).
The course is particularly suited to new managers or supervisors who are keen to build the capabilities necessary to lead a high performing team and achieve operational success.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources. Students eligible for Free TAFE receive the tuition rate
free. Students eligible for JobTrainer pay 20% of the
tuition. Materials, consumables and student services
fees are payable by all students and do not receive a
JobTrainer discount, however concession rates for student
services fees are available for concession card holders,
apprentices, trainees and 100% off campus delivery courses.
Concessions for Diploma and Advanced Diploma course
categories are only available to Aboriginal or Torres
Strait Islanders.
