Learn the Tools of the Trade

This qualification provides the knowledge and skills needed to assist a Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist during all dental care procedures. Delivery combines work experience and structured training to assist the dental professional competently and safely during oral health care procedures.

This qualification is offered as a workplace delivery training to new employees in a general dental practice, as well as existing employees seeking a formal qualification.

This qualification is delivered in the workplace only, you must have employment in a suitable practice before commencing the course.

We offer rolling enrolments, which means that you can start at any time.

What will I study?
