Our nationally accredited course will get you job ready by training you in a range of quality beauty services and retail customer services. This course allows you to work independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver beauty services.

Our course delivery features a combination of on-campus and remote (online) learning. This flexibility allows our students to continue to study in a safe, guided and supported manner.

If you are enrolling in this course as an Traineeship, you must have employment in the relevant industry before commencing the course.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals employed as beauticians to provide a range of beauty services including nail, waxing, lash and brow, and a range of make-up services. These individuals possess a range of well-developed technical and customer service skills where discretion and judgement is required and are responsible for their own outputs. This includes client consultation on beauty products and services. Work is typically conducted in beauty salons, make-up outlets, eyelash extension, waxing, brow and salons. No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Key study areas

You will study the theoretical and practical aspects of Beauty services and will gain hands on skills which will be undertaken at our on campus beauty salon to further enhance your employability skills. Waxing , make-up, eyelash extension, manicure and pedicure services, lash & brow tinting and cosmetic tanning.
