Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821)

When Campbell NcNair walked into Bendigo TAFE to begin a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, he wasn't just starting a course; he was rebuilding a life.

After a long career in a demanding frontline role, Campbell reached a point where life called for a new direction.

Stepping away from the work that had defined him for decades wasn't easy, but it created space for something he'd quietly loved or years to finally take centre stage: cooking.
