This course is for appropriate specialist plumbing services tradespeople seeking to increase their technical competency. Gain the appropriate skills to plan and size the layout of plumbing in buildings up to six stories high. This course also addresses the Victorian license requirements for water, drainage, sanitary, roofing and gas fitting.

This course is for appropriate specialist plumbing services tradespeople seeking to increase their technical competency. Gain the appropriate skills to plan and size the layout of plumbing in buildings up to six stories high. This course also addresses the Victorian license requirements for water, drainage, sanitary, roofing and gas fitting. Offered part time during the day over two years plus additional work to be completed off campus, or part time one night per week over three years plus additional work to be completed off campus or full time during the day over one year.

What Skills will I have when I complete this course?

You will develop leadership skills in identifying hazards and carrying out the responsibilities of the OH&S Act. You will be able to develop the skill sets to be a manager of a plumbing business and be an operational manager of building sites, develop the use of AutoCAD skills to design assessments required, plan, design and estimate costs. Gain the appropriate skills to plan and size the layout of plumbing in buildings up to six stories high.
